Please take a few moments to read our terms and conditions carefully prior to booking your treatment.
Booking Policy
- All clients must be 18 years or older.
- Photographic ID must be shown if it is your first appointment with us, to prove your age.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient for any reason.
- All bookings to be completed via booking site, booking deposit applies to all bookings.
- 48 hours notice of cancellation or amendment, or booking deposit will be retained.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
- A 25% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure any appointment at Sculpted Rose Aesthetics & Laser, this is then deducted from the final cost of treatment on the day.
- Your deposit will be taken via our booking system and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, by paying your deposit, you agree to these terms.
- If you do not show up for your appointment, you will lose your deposit.
- Any rescheduling requests to be completed by the client via the booking site, if cancelled or moved within 48 hours of appointment then deposit will be lost.
- Your appointment is only secure once you have paid your deposit, we do not hold or reserve appointments for anyone.
Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Treatment costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Appointments Policy
- All consultation forms are to be completed prior to appointment.
- It is the responsibility of each client to read and understand all consent forms, the terms and conditions and relevant procedure information as well as being compliant with aftercare as advised.
- Formal identification to be presented to practitioner before appointments, all treatments are for over 18’s only.
- If the client is more than 15 minutes late then the appointment will be deemed a ‘no-show’ and deposit retained.
Child Supervision Policy
- Unfortunately due to the nature of our treatments we are not insured to have children on the premises. If you arrive with children you will be asked to leave and therefore forfeit your deposit. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience.
